their rooms to send to help clients view their room before booking.
The Results
Each room at La Chèvre d’Or is different which sometimes led to challenges in terms of reservations with clients. The virtual tours has allowed clients to visualise their room ahead of time before even arriving at the hotel, which led to less unexpected surprises and higher rate of booking.
